I have been taken this stinging nettle capsules for over 3 months for my gallstones and they are amazing, they have cut my acid reflux and gallbladder attacks by half.

I’ve been taking these stinging nettle capsules for quite a few months now and noticed a significant improvement with my hay fever during the summer months and not suffered from an aching knee joint that I would usually have during the winter. I also seem to have less hair fall when washing my hair which seems to have been since taking these capsules which has been an added bonus.

The hot summer has impacted my hayfever this year and I’ve found the Stinging Nettle capsules have helped me when the grass seeds are in the air, being blown by the warm breeze. I’ll continue to take a capsule a day to maintain my tolerance to hayfever.
