Lady Fox Kent’s nO 1 Countryside Forager

Raised in Kent, I have spent decades wandering its rolling countryside, uncovering its secrets and connecting with the powerful, healing plants that thrive in this natural landscape.
From a young age, I lived with chronic asthma, relying on pharmaceuticals to help me breath, with an inhaler always by my side.

This reliance on medication sparked a deep interest in natural healing. I dedicated myself to studying traditional methods of using wild plants for health, immersing myself in educational resources and online tutorials.

Through my research, I discovered that plants like nettles and mullein are particularly beneficial for the lungs. I learned to identify and forage these wild plants, and began creating my own herbal supplements and tinctures.

As I incorporated these remedies into my daily routine I noticed a remarkable shift – my asthma symptoms began to ease. While a pharmaceutical inhaler may provide temporary relief for wheezing, it does not address the root cause of the condition. Mother Nature, however, has an incredible ability to heal from within.


My journey has inspired me to share what I’ve learned with others, to empower you to heal using the plants that nature so generously provides. I am especially proud of completing the Three Peaks Challenge, conquering the highest mountains in England, Scotland and Wales – an achievement that is all the more meaningful given that I once struggled to breath.
